Angie is a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002 and ICF Certified Life Coach. Offering customized, therapeutic bodywork using a combination of trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching techniques to relieve pain, enhance wellness, postural alignment, healing, stress/anxiety reduction and overall relaxation. In addition to the bodywork, each session includes a dose of CBD taken orally for pain and inflammation with an added touch of topical CBD oil for an elevated experience- minus the psychoactive effects of THC in cannabis.
