Born and raised in Miami,Florida, MJ’s passion for skincare started at a young age when she tested various products in the skincare and beauty industry. She was introduced to an Aesthetic NP and after MJ’s first aesthetic experience she knew she found a different side of medicine which brought confidence and joy to patients, versus heartache and difficulty as she was currently working in Critical Care as a Registered Nurse. It was experiences like these that led her to practice Cosmetic Dermatology and Concierge Medicine. A graduate of Chamberlain College of Nursing, with over ten years of formal medical education and training, Monique Jeannine Gandon is a licensed and certified FNP, holding a certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Thru her studies she completed of a full-time, year and a half fellowship focused exclusively oncosmetic procedures with her inspiration, Dr. Madelyn Mitjans. This gave her first hand, Aesthetic experience with a Doctor practicing aesthetics for over 15 years. Gandon’s additional certifications, fellowships and licenses include,but are not limited to: Board of Nursing, FL, FNP; Board of Nursing,CA, FNP; American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Fellowship;Advanced Lip Injection Techniques with Julie Horne, RN, Zurich,Switzerland; Artistic Facial Transformation Masterclass, Dr. ZackAlly, London, United Kingdom; Gain, Dysport Delivers Training, Miami,FL; Allergan Medical Institute, MD Codes, Dr. Mauricio De Maio, MD,Beverly Hills, CA; and more. Gandon is anticipated to receive herDoctor of Nursing from Chamberlian University in Spring 2024.
