Flatiron Crossing, Colorado
After completing her B.A. in Business at the University of San Diego, Holly began her hairdressing journey in 1993 at Michael Taylor Institute of Hair Design. She then joined The Parlour in Boulder as an artistic team member creating contemporary and avant-garde collections of work, and as a published art team member. Her success as an artist progressed rapidly, culminating in ground-breaking industry work with top teams from Schwarzkopf, L’Oréal, Wella, MOP®, American Crew®, AG®, Toni&Guy™, and Bumble and bumble. After growing a huge following of over 300 loyal clients, in 2003, she opened the doors to her own salon — in partnership with The Parlour — at Flatirons Marketplace in Broomfield. A natural leader, she quickly built a team from the ground up. In 2007, she and business partner, Mary Cahill Garrard, launched multi-branded salon concepts with industrie HAIRDRESSING, form+function HAIRDRESSING and the arts&education Hairdressing Academy.Today, Holly continues her hairdressing artistry under the brand holly@industrie HAIRDRESSING, a solo venture that allows her to express her creativity behind-the-chair as a master colorist. When she is not training other stylists at home in Colorado, Holly visits Chicago, LA and New York for education and creative nourishment.
