Referral Program Terms
To qualify for the referral program, the referee (the person being referred) must sign a License Agreement with Salon Republic and begin making payments toward the License Agreement. Both the referrer (person making the referral) and the referee will receive a referral fee of $500 each. The reward is limited to one payout per referred customer per License Agreement. If multiple people refer the same individual the payout can be split among multiple individuals, but the total reward amount shall not increase. Multiple referrals resulting in multiple signed License Agreements are eligible for multiple rewards. Referral fees will be processed and paid out within 30 days after the referee has signed the contract and made the first payment. If any party has an outstanding balance with Salon Republic, the referral fee will first be applied as a credit toward that balance with any remaining amount issued as a cash payment. Both the referrer and referee must be in good standing with Salon Republic to qualify for the payout.
Referrals must be made to a current Salon Republic employee and must be communicated prior to Salon Republic’s initial engagement with the referee (initial engagement includes, but is not limited to any phone, text, or other electronic communication between Salon Republic and the referee, the submission of an application by the referee, or the scheduling of a tour by the referee) to be eligible. Salon Republic reserves the unilateral right to determine if a referral qualifies under these requirements.
This offer may not be combined with other promotions. Salon Republic reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time without notice. Referrals made in violation of the program rules, including but not limited to self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or attempts to circumvent program terms, will be disqualified. Referral payments may be subject to tax reporting. Referrers and referees are responsible for any applicable taxes related to receiving the referral payment.
