Learn clear and detailed principles of modern men grooming, which involves a very strong foundation to help at any stage of your career. Starting off with the anatomy of the head and the importances of knowing the different areas of the head. The course will cover, head shapes, elevation, creating stationary guides. The technical aspects of cutting and tapering. You’ll be exploring clipper techniques, guard choices, a simple formula to master mens hair. Shear and comb techniques, clipper over comb techniques. TECHNIQUES! TECHNIQUES! TECHNIQUES! this is for everyone from beginner, intermedium and advance from Hairstylist to Barber. Why? Because EVERYONE HAS GOOD HAIR! THEY JUST DONT KNOW IT YET.
Two live models – will be showing a modern cut on one & a fade on the other.

Salon Republic Stylists PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU RESERVE A SEAT
We will now be requiring a hold deposit to reserve a seat. RSVP’ing and then not showing prevents someone else from attending. The check will not be deposited if you attend the class, or cancel by 12pm on the Friday before the class.
Below is the new process to reserve a seat:
- RSVP via the education email invite through the link provided, or with your salon manager.
- Give your salon manager a $25 check as a deposit to reserve your seat. The check must be received by 12pm Friday (3 days prior to the Monday class). Seats will be on a first come, first serve basis.
