Hi, my name is Rosanne Allen! I was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado. Growing up, I was a competitive gymnast. I graduated college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Minors in Nutrition and Biology. Soon after, I was a personal trainer for about 8 years in the Denver area. I was a nutrition coach for 5+ years. I became a full-time mom raising 3 kids and soon discovered CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. I competed in both for many years and I still train daily. I opened up my body fat testing business in 2011 and have since added nutrition coaching services back into my business.
