Monica has more than forty years of experience in hairdressing, creating all of the first edition styles of the last four decades, and continues to expand on that foundation today. When Monica began her career she focused on gaining the knowledge and developing techniques that would achieve the best end result for her clients. She believes that each client should feel like they are seen as an individual. The consultation is paramount. She listens to the client’s needs, likes and dislikes and works with bone structure, skin tone and the current state of the client’s hair to strike a balance between what they want and what they need for their lifestyle and hair type. Her education experience through the years includes a wide variety of techniques and approaches. She loves sharing this information with her clients, and applying what she has learned to give them a great experience. She delivers a range of services for clients from all walks of life with her trademark relaxed but professional attitude. "A satisfied client is the definition of my success," she says.
