Terms & Conditions

Eligibility – The loyalty program is open to active Salon Republic members in good standing only. All points and rewards are forfeit within 30 days of the end of a member’s term in Salon Republic. Good standing means there are no outstanding license fees or any other balances owed by the member.

Enrollment – Customers must create an account to earn and redeem points. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

Earning Points – Points are awarded based on the final purchase amount after all discounts, gift cards, and store credits have been applied. Taxes, tips, and shipping fees (if applicable) do not count toward points accumulation.

Refunds & Adjustments – If a purchase is refunded or adjusted, the corresponding points earned on that purchase will be deducted. If a refund causes the account balance to go negative, future point earnings will first go toward clearing the negative balance.

Redemption Restrictions – Reward credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards, applied to past purchases, or combined with each other, other discounts, promotions, or special pricing offers.Points cannot be applied as rewards within the same purchase.

Expiration & Forfeiture – Unused rewards expire 30 days from the date of issue. Points will expire if an account is inactive (no purchases) for 3 months.

Program Changes & Termination – Salon Republic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Any unused points or rewards may be forfeited at the time of termination.

Fraud & Abuse – Any abuse of the program, including but not limited to fraud, misrepresentation, or excessive returns, may result in account termination and forfeiture of all earned points.

Notice to California residents

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding your personal information. By enrolling in the Salon Republic Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that we collect and use your personal information, including purchase history, to administer the program and provide rewards. Your CCPA Rights & How They Apply to This Program are as follows:

Right to Know & Access – You have the right to request details about the personal information we collect and how it is used in relation to this loyalty program.

Right to Deletion – You may request that we delete your personal information; however, doing so will result in the termination of your loyalty account and forfeiture of all accumulated points and rewards, as they are tied to your customer profile.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale – We do not sell your personal information as defined under CCPA.

Right to Non-Discrimination – Participation in this program is voluntary, and any choice to exercise your CCPA rights will not result in discrimination. However, if you request deletion of your data, you will no longer be able to participate in the program, as it relies on customer data to function.
