I have over 20 years of experience and have gained a lot of specialized knowledge when it comes to athletic injuries. For the past 12 years I've worked closely with physical therapists to provide medical/therapeutic treatments incorporating sports massage, cupping and deep tissue techniques. I am IASTM certified, and often include instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization in my sessions. I am MLD certified which helps with the Lymphatic Drainage for those post-op or suffering from Lymphedema
