When hair color educator Julie Kleine @colorswithchemistry started her career in hair at age 38, she realized she needed to dive deep into education to get up to speed quickly. Finding a severe lack of information on the how & why to use the chemicals of hair color, she learned from top colorists and trained to gain that knowledge.
